- We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Shipping policies
- All orders are shipped from Portugal via CTT Portugal postal services within a maximum of 48 hours of the payment confirmation for all items in stock.
- Any back order or special order items will be shipped as soon as they are made.
- All orders are sent using registered mail.
- Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Your specific transit time is displayed during checkout.
- Shipping cost are calculated during the checkout using the wheight, dimensions and destination. Please ensure the country destination is correct.
- Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase
- For large packages (>10 kg) inquire us for a quotation of shipping costs.
- If you receive a damaged package please report that to the carrier, take photos of the package and send us immediately so that we can activate the insurance.
- All orders are shipped with tracking information.
Shipping Internationally
- We do ship worldwide.
- We are not responsible for any extra taxes and fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country.
- Some international shipments may experience customs delays and/or additional duties charges.
- We suggest you to contact your local customs office for additional information.
Returns/Exchanges
- If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email within 14 days of delivery.
- If a return is approved, the item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- All return packages must have a tracking code.
Lost or damaged parcels - Insurance
- Parcels are insured for loss and damage.
- We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
